At the Spring 2018 Marketing Expo, we had women in business talk about how marketers can keep a long-term career in such a fast changing field. We specifically talked about the challenges women face in the business world.
In this panel, we had three very talented women who were each at different stages of their career. Our first speaker, Elisa Steele, has reached a high point of her career. She is the former CEO and President of JIVE software. Our next speaker was Alice Katwan who is SVP of sales at Genesys software. She is in the middle of her career growth. Lastly, we have Anadelia Fadeev who is just a few years into her career working as a Senior Marketing Manager at InfluxData.
These women talked about how to grow and remain relevant in a marketplace that is constantly changing. During the panel, they focused specifically on women’s challenges in the workforce and how to carry on a long-term career.
